We understand that the time taken to fill your chronic medication prescription at your family clinic may be more effectively used elsewhere. We have thus launched our chronic medication delivery service aimed primarily at our elderly patients and those with hectic working and family lives. We will undertake to send their regular chronic medications (hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma etc) on a 3 to 6 monthly cycle (depending on their state of control) to their homes via a courier.
You will be able to fill up a form with this intent and the clinic nurses will undertake to call you back in the next 1-2 working days and confirm if the delivery can be done. This will be decided after consulting the clinic doctors on the state of your disease control and the time of your last review. We are medically committed to review your condition at the clinic at least every 3-6 monthly to ensure that your chronic condition is well controlled.
Once the doctors have given the go ahead, we will pass your particulars to the designated courier who will then link up with you regarding the best time for the delivery.
